About Us
The college library started functioning since the inception of the College in 1995 as one of the pioneer institutions in the field of teacher education. Internet and Browsing Facility were added in 2007.UGC Network Resource Centre has been established in 2011 March. 2012 academic year onwards the library changes the automation software to all the housekeeping operations of the library.

To support the educational needs of students, faculty and researchers of the college by providing quality & need based library services and resources; thus enabling the mission of the college: to develop the college into a world class centre of teacher education with distinct identity and character
Library Working Hours
The library is kept open from 9am to 5pm on all working days.
LIBRARY COLLECTION
Library and Information Centre of the College offers its services to around 323 users (100 Regular students+ 200 IGNOU students, 9 faculty members and 14 non teaching staff of the college).
The library has a key role in supporting, maintaining and promoting library and Information Services.
Objectives
•To select, procure, organize and disseminate information depending upon the need and requirements of the users.
•To fulfill the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the institution for which it has been established.
•To provide information resources for improving the effectiveness and efficiency teacher education programmes.
•To allow the users to access primary, secondary and tertiary sources of
information available in digital and print form.

· Immense collection of encyclopedias
· Vast collection of books on Education and Psychology
· Six separate optional books : Arabic, English, Hindi, Mathematics Physical Science and Social Science
· Colossal Collection of reference books
· Dictionaries, Thesaurus handbooks and source books
· Advanced Books on Educational Research and Research Methodology
· Easy Reading space with journals periodicals and news papers
· The Library has a seating facility for 50 students a time
· The Library has internet and LAN facility.
· Facilities of Xerox Copying and Computer Printouts and availed at nominal rates
